We strive to ensure the accuracy of all service descriptions, but we do not warrant that service descriptions or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current. pixelcraft reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice at any time.

3. User Obligations

As a user of pixelcraft's services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Use the services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the services.
• Refrain from uploading or transmitting any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Cooperate fully with pixelcraft in the provision of services, including timely feedback and provision of necessary materials.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the pixelcraft website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of pixelcraft or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Upon full payment for services rendered, pixelcraft grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose. However, pixelcraft retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing materials. Any source files, preliminary designs, or concepts not included in the final deliverables remain the intellectual property of pixelcraft. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without express written permission from pixelcraft.

5. Payments & Billing

Payment terms for services will be detailed in the individual project proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, an upfront deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion or according to a pre-defined payment schedule. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law. pixelcraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced or as specified in the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pixelcraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall pixelcraft's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services exceed the amount you paid pixelcraft for the services in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where pixelcraft is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
